Stage 1: Alkaline Degreasing, ensures steel is super clean to accept an even powder coat.

Stage 2: Nanoceramic conversion layer, Nanoparticles blend into the pores of the steel.

Stage 3: Undercoat of Powder Coating (1st layer).

Stage 4 2nd Layer of Powder Coating serves as the protective layer against the elements. Extremely durable, Easy to clean.

5 Year warranty against rusting through of metal parts.

Stacking Armchair : Seat and back made of solid expanded steel mesh. Quattro Nano Process with 5 year warranty against rusting through of metal parts.
