Table and Chairs: All of Neptune's wrought iron products  have undergone a 4 stage rust protection process: 1. The product is treated in an acid bath which acts as a primer for the latter stages. 2. The product is dipped into a tank of Zinc which amalgamates with the base material to form a protective layer. 3. This is followed by a primer coat to ensure a good paint adhesion. 4. Finally a powder coated finish is applied to the surface of the product.

Cushion: Manufactured from "Duratex 75 (tm)", a soft to the touch washable fabric (remove inner and wash at 30oC) that is resistant to rot and wear, a splash proof coating is applied which allow small spillages to simply fall from the cushion. Cushion comes with re-usable zip up bag for storage.
